Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for charges billed by your mobile carrier.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP.”  You may text “HELP” for assistance.

5. Supported Carriers

Text message delivery is subject to the performance of your mobile carrier.
We are not responsible for:

• Delays

• Undelivered messages

• Carrier errors

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the texting service

• Errors, delays, or interruptions in message delivery

• Any unauthorized access to your mobile device

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the texting service for unlawful purposes

• Misrepresent your identity

• Interfere with or disrupt the service

8. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
